Patrick Baker Appointed as Executive VP, Operations

Maetrics is pleased to announce the new appointment of Patrick Baker as the Vice President of Operations. The decision to utilize Mr. Baker in this new role was based upon his 15+ years of recognized expertise in perfecting business processes throughout the entire supply chains of medical device, pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers. Working out of Maetrics’ Washington DC area office, Mr. Baker will remain on the pulse of FDA regulatory happenings on Capitol Hill, and can quickly disseminate the impact of such changes to the Maetrics operational team for field deployment. Mr. Baker says, “I am fully prepared to apply the analytical strengths I possess to provide insights and leadership to the Maetrics team as well as achieve the most valuable deliverables and lean compliance objectives for Maetrics clients.”

In addition to his educational achievements, Mr. Baker possesses over 15 years of operations leadership for the most recognizable names in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices industries. As a noted expert in Lean 6 sigma and company reorganizations, Mr. Baker is constantly seeking opportunities for optimization within every process of every organization he has a hand in, helping each organization he touches reach its highest potential.
