Due to our strict confidentiality policy, we do not disclose names of our clients or specific details of work that we have performed. Although this policy sometime puts us at a disadvantage to some competitors, we can provide general details of the types of work we have performed and are confident that you will find us well suited to accomplish nearly any task put before us.
Program & Project Management
Project Management is an integral part of ensuring quality delivery of all of our services. All projects have management oversight that includes both project and quality management considerations. Maetrics™ has the capability to manage your projects to ensure on time and on budget delivery. These projects most often encompass a mixed project team of Maetrics™, client personnel, and sometimes other vendors.
Maetrics™ maintains a dedicated team of project managers who are qualified and experienced in project management processes and tools. We quickly develop a project plan that includes overall project objectives, risks, dependencies, and the project schedule. This schedule is then broken down into phases, milestones, and tasks to ensure that progress is effectively measured. Our project management experience ranges from one-person for one week, to projects of forty-persons or more lasting over a year.
