Program & Project Management
Project Management is an integral part of ensuring quality delivery of all of our services. All projects have management oversight that includes both project and quality management considerations. Maetrics™ has the capability to manage your projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. These projects most often encompass a mixed project team of Maetrics™, client personnel, and sometimes other vendors.
Maetrics™ maintains a dedicated team of project managers who are qualified and experienced in project management processes and tools. We quickly develop a project plan based on our proprietary Lean Compliance System™ that includes overall project objectives, risks, dependencies, and the project schedule all with Lean Six Sigma priciples and cost-control in mind. This schedule is then broken down into phases, milestones, and tasks to ensure that progress is effectively measured. Our project management experience ranges from one-person for one week, to projects of forty-persons or more lasting over a year. Our proven Lean Compliance System™ is highly configurable to your needs.
